Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions and billing
Dealer Ledger is billed as a recurring monthly subscription in GBP. You will be charged in advance for each billing period via our payment provider (for example, Stripe).
2. Free trial
New customers are eligible for a 30-day free trial on paid plans. You may cancel at any time during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no subscription charges will be applied.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by emailing support@dealerledger.co.uk.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Dealer Ledger until that date.
4. Refunds
Because access is provided for the full billing period, we do not offer refunds for:
- Partially used billing periods
- Periods where you did not use the service
- Backdated cancellation requests
If you believe you have been charged in error (for example, duplicate charges), please contact us at support@dealerledger.co.uk and we will review your case.
5. Plan changes
If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, any changes in price will be handled by our payment provider and applied from your next billing period (or as configured in Stripe). Details may vary slightly depending on Stripe's proration settings.
